The horizon of the deep blue
Nestled in the park, you can choose from 19 suites, 8 rooms and 13 villas.
All suites and rooms have their own sunny terrace. Each one has been designed to play with the views of the Mediterranean: clever openings that open your gaze to magnificent, multi-faceted perspectives.
The smallest rooms are 40 m² in size, while the largest suite is 120 m² and can accommodate up to four people.

Your pied-à-terre for peace and serenity
Bubbles of happiness, elegance and authenticity in these precious homes. The minimum surface area for the villas is 250 m². The largest are up to 450 m². They have three to seven bedrooms, from large communal areas for living with family and friendsand also numerous nooks and crannies for seclusion, meditation, relaxation and watching time go by! According to Rémi Tessier, the villas are designed in a contemporary style, and succeed incombining modernity with the typical character of the region. An organic spa to reconnect with harmony
This is an organic spa in the sense of the alchemy so successfully achieved between the architectural perspectives, the softness of the South felt everywhere, the unreal beauty of the place, its raw materials that merge with the omnipresent nature… a kind of evidence emanates from the sublime spa La Réserve Ramatuelle.
It’s also a cutting-edge spa, thanks to our collaboration with Clinique Nescens, a Swiss flagship in the fields of ageing prevention and optimizing health, well-being and performance. Special retreats are organized according to the Nescens protocols, as described below.
The spa is completely sea-facing, with all cabins overlooking the deep blue sea. The heated indoor and outdoor pools are in a line that leads directly to the terrace. The spa is also open to the outside world and its exceptional panorama, which is rare enough in France to merit a mention.
You’ll discover a wide range of signature body and facial treatments to help relax, regenerate, firm up or restore your skin’s youthful radiance. Facial silhouette care is also available, offering a targeted approach using LPG and endermology techniques (fat removal and natural stimulation of fibroblasts at the heart of the dermis).
The spa offers therapeutic massages that are genuine treatment protocols, the fruit of close collaboration with Clinique Nescens and years of research by specialists at Geneva’s Clinique de Génolier. The vast majority of treatments are carried out using modelling techniques, and no machines are used except for LPG treatments. It’s the expertise of our spa practitioners and the excellence of our protocols that make all the difference!

The vast majority of treatments are based on the principles and products of the Nescens brand, cosmeceuticals offering a resolutely innovative anti-aging approach. Ingredients are selected on scientific criteria for their high degree of efficacy, and active substances are incorporated at optimal concentrations.
For certain very sensitive skin types, or when exposure to the sun is envisaged after skincare, for example, the La Mer brand can also be used during skincare. In particular, you’ll discover the famous Miracle Broth™, an elixir derived from a fermentation process of algae and other pure ingredients that transform the appearance of the skin. You can benefit from these effects in your face or body care products, for men or women. Even your teenagers (aged between 12 and 18) will have the chance to enjoy a unique experience with a range of La Mer treatments totally adapted to their needs.

Bootcamp Nescens
Also for 3, 6 or more days, depending on your preference, the Nescens Boot Camp offers comprehensive care in a program combining sports walking (Nordic walking), spa treatments and the benefits of light Mediterranean cuisine. After an assessment (particularly of your physical abilities, nutritional habits and osteoarticular capital) by the medical consultant at the very beginning of the program, your days will be organized around the following activities: healthy meals, walks lasting a few hours in the region’s magnificent hinterland, muscle recovery sessions (especially for the legs) thanks tocryotherapy-pressotherapy and better-aging treatments.
Nescens Bootcamper Experience
During this program, you’ll experience the power of the group and Nescens expertise combined for a complete and effective fitness experience. This program lasts 6 days and 7 nights to guarantee total immersion in the experience.
In a group of no more than 5 people, you’ll combine physical activity programs such as Nordic walking, expert Nescens treatments and personalized dietary meals.
An assessment will also be carried out on arrival by the medical consultant to determine the personalized program best suited to your objectives.
On the program: personalized meals, sports coaching and longer outings in the garrigue, cryotherapy-pressotherapy sessions every other day to promote muscle recovery. All this is complemented by tailor-made spa treatments such as balneotherapy with essential oils, scrubs, wraps and “better-ageing” body massages.

The Pool Restaurant is perfect for lunch or dinner when the heat is too much. By the pool and in the shade of the pine trees, you can sample other variations of Eric Canino’s cuisine. We can’t help but mention a few of the delights suggested by the hotel: lemon espuma, lemon leaf, yuzu sorbet, roasted apricot with honey and almond nougatine sorbet, and deconstructed millefeuille with Madagascar vanilla.
Les Terrasses La Muña plunges into the Mediterranean and showcases highly gourmet Japanese cuisine. Prepared by two female sushi masters, this table is the perfect complement to the double Michelin-starred La Voile restaurant.
