Well-being is at the heart of the Six Senses experience. The resort’s magnificent spa, set in the island’s lush forest, is built like a small traditional hamlet, with several cabins and pavilions housing hammams, saunas and fitness centers. There are also numerous areas dedicated to relaxation, treatments and massages, as well as yoga and meditation. The spa also boasts its own juice bar and the famous Alchemy Bar, a key component of the Six Senses concept. With numerous plants available and personalized advice, each guest has the opportunity to create a unique skincare product to be used at the spa. All our cosmetics are of natural origin and ethically produced.

The spa menu offers treatments and massage protocols inspired by local culture and Ayurvedic tradition. Treatments include Thai green tea, mogra flower (a South Asian flower), turmeric and coconut.

At Six Senses Yao Noi, ancestral techniques meet new technologies to analyze individual needs and deficiencies. Every wellness-oriented holiday begins with a wellness consultation. This is when we can identify all kinds of discomforts, such as sleep disorders, immune deficiencies or toxin accumulation. After this analysis, the treatments and activities in your wellness program can be adjusted and customized, and you’ll receive nutritional advice based on Ayurvedic principles.

You’ll find four types of wellness stays of varying durations. As its name suggests, the Detox program is all about freeing yourself from toxins. In addition to a massage and exfoliating coffee treatment, you can enjoy a private meditation session and a Yogic Intestinal Cleanse. It consists of five specific yoga postures, combined with six to eight glasses of lightly salted water. This detoxifying practice aims to purify the digestive system in a gentle, totally natural way.
