In the center of the spa, you’ll find a long 15-meter pool for swimming laps. If you’re more into cardio and strength training, you’ll also have access to a fully-equipped fitness room.

Tailor-made wellness packages

Ultima Gstaad offers various packages combining the services of the hotel and its medi-spa in collaboration with Aesthetic Clinic. The Clinic Package is the most comprehensive week-long wellness program available. Choose a theme for your stay from three central themes. It can be your well-being, depending on your DNA. In other words, after analyzing your genetic make-up, you have the opportunity to understand its strengths and weaknesses, and to design your daily life accordingly. The second theme consists in freeing yourself from toxins with a personalized vitamin treatment, a tailored detox menu and private sports sessions. The third and final option is a full week of cryolipolysis. This slimming technique uses cooling electrodes to reduce fat by up to 30%.

Gentleman’s Anti-Burnout is also very popular, though more for its tourist appeal. In fact, various activities have been specially created to help you discover the Swiss destination and culture. The offer includes, among other things, a day’s skiing for the whole family with a ski instructor, a visit to the famous Molkerei cheese shop, a guided tour of Gruyère castle and, of course, a fondue for lunch…
