The Mayr Method focuses on intestinal well-being, but sleep is also an essential component of your health. There’s no doubt that your stay at Park Igls will give you a deep, extremely restful sleep. Park Igls is located on a plateau 900 metres above sea level, ideal for recuperating in the fresh air.

The resort puts comfort at the top of its list of priorities, with 51 rooms and suites, and a wide range of spaces and experiences on offer. How about a sauna session just before bedtime, for example? Virtually all Deluxe Single Rooms and Suites have their own infrared sauna. But even if you don’t have the privilege of your own private sauna, the environment alone helps stimulate cell regeneration and deep sleep. Being at an altitude of 900 metres and breathing the pure mountain air is already invigorating. You can even enjoy it from your room or suite, as they all have a balcony with a view of the mountains: the iconic Patscherkofel peak, the Nordkette and the Karwendel Nature Park.

It also features a 120 m² beauty salon. Its treatment menu echoes the clinic’s wellness and health treatments, using natural Austrian products to protect and nourish the skin. These include treatments based on AKARI color therapy. The idea is to use colored oils, based on essential oils, in symbiosis with music of the same frequency. This helps to unblock knots, alleviate pain or simply increase your sense of well-being.
