On the golden shores of Umm Suqeim, Jumeirah Madinat cultivates the art of integral well-being in an exceptional jewel of Dubai. This 40-hectare water city features four separate hotels, criss-crossed by navigable canals and lush gardens. The quest for mind-body balance lies at the heart of the experience. From the Talise Spa and its five therapeutic pillars to the personalized wellness programs, each element contributes to the same philosophy. Conscious gastronomy, meditation, yoga, signature treatments… everything converges towards a deep and lasting rejuvenation in one of Dubai’s most luxurious locations. Luxe Wellness Club presents Jumeirah Madinat, a true paradise of well-being!
Between sea and memory: an oasis in the city
Located in Umm Suqeim on Dubai’s west coast, just minutes from the famous Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Madinat unfurls its 40 hectares like a living metaphor for Arabian memory. This grandiose resort subtly blends contemporary luxury with Emirati heritage, drawing inspiration from ancient citadels reinvented for the modern traveler. Between two kilometers of private beaches, lush gardens and intimate courtyards, the architecture tells a story in which every detail becomes a vector of emotion.
At the heart of this water city lies a unique 3-kilometre network of natural waterways, inspired by the mythical Dubai Creek. It connects four separate hotels, numerous world-famous restaurants, an award-winning spa and an authentic traditional souk. Guests travel by abra, the boats that glide silently along the winding canals between the different areas of the estate. Each hotel embodies a singular vision of Arabian hospitality, from villas to confidential majlis to royal splendor. Jumeirah Madinat becomes both an architectural narrative and an invitation to travel back in time.
Four hotels, four styles
Jumeirah Al Naseem
Al Naseem, opened in 2016, embodies the resort’s contemporary elegance. Designed as a modern “cousin” to the other Jumeirah Madinat establishments, it marks the transition between past and present. Its clean lines open onto the sea, while its lush gardens (designed by renowned landscape architect Bill Bensley) are home to over 1,000 palm trees of 14 different species! And a magnificent swimming pool.
The interior design, inspired by sand dunes, azure skies, pearl diving and Bedouin culture, plays with natural textures and soft hues. An emblematic work by Emirati artist Matar bin Lahej greets visitors at the entrance. Indeed, contemporary art, discreet but present, decorates the common areas with poetry.
Then, the 435 rooms are vast, bright and designed to bring the outside in, with breathtaking views of gardens, pools or the Burj Al Arab. This is also the home of the Turtle Lagoon, a rehabilitation sanctuary for injured sea turtles , a testament to the resort’s environmental commitment. It’s also the resort’s gastronomic landmark: Kayto, Rockfish (Mediterranean on the beach), Summersalt Beach Club for stylish lounging, or Blind Tiger, a hidden bar for connoisseurs.
Finally, families can enjoy a spacious Kids Club and tailor-made activities for all ages. Fun and cultural activities, outdoor games, art workshops, cooking classes and, of course, family well-being… We’ve thought of everything to make your stay a discovery at a child’s level.
Jumeirah Al Qasr
Designed in the spirit of a sheikh’s summer residence, Jumeirah Al Qasr displays the pomp and grandeur of Arabian palatial architecture. From the moment you arrive, the tone is set: a majestic driveway lined with 18 golden horses and palm trees leads to the entrance, where a five-ton crystal chandelier, suspended above a floor of Azul Bahia granite, welcomes guests.
All 292 rooms, decorated in traditional style, have private terraces or balconies overlooking the Arabian Gulf or the gardens. The corridors are dotted with meticulous works of art and architectural elements inspired by oriental palaces.
When it comes to gastronomy, the experience is just as regal: Pierchic offers Italian cuisine at one with the sea, Pai Thai enchants with its authentic flavors along the canals, while French Riviera, Arboretum and Al Nafoorah celebrate the cuisines of the Orient and the Mediterranean. Al Qasr is an ode to Dubai hospitality at its noblest.
Jumeirah Mina A’Salam
The first hotel to be built in Jumeirah Madinat, Mina A’Salam (literally “the port of peace”) is now its beating heart. True to its name, it exudes a warm, peaceful atmosphere. Its 291 recently renovated rooms all open onto private balconies overlooking the sea or canals.
Its architecture pays homage to old Dubai. A network of abras-lined waterways, shaded patios and a design inspired by Dubai Creek. This is the soul of maritime commerce, but in a setting of contemporary luxury and comfort.
As soon as you enter, a fountain of fresh flower petals and an antique nautical chart engraved on the ceiling immerse visitors in the world of an old-fashioned harbor. Special mention must be made of the famous “Harry Potter staircase”, a hand-carved solid wood staircase that majestically links the different levels.
Here, too, the cuisine is varied and vibrant. Bahri Bar with its view of the canals, Zheng He’s for reinvented Asian cuisine, The Noodle House with its street food accents, or Shimmers, Cala Vista, Trattoria and Margaux in the heart of the souk. This is also where you’ll find the J-Club, one of Dubai’s largest fitness centers.
Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf
Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf is set in a cocoon of greenery, between canals and peaceful lanes. Inspired by traditional summer houses, each pavilion is organized around a private majlis, lined with mosaic fountains, palm trees and temperature-controlled pools reserved exclusively for residents.
The 290 accommodations (rooms, suites and villas) are also accessible by abra. Each room offers a view of the canals or the sea, and each villa comes with butler service and a daily aperitif in the courtyard.
The prestigious Malakiya Villas, the resort’s most exclusive, are nestled here. Designed in a revisited ancient Arabian style, they embody the essence of intimate luxury. Each villa bears an evocative name: Dana, inspired by the world of pearls; Zahra, celebrating Emirati flora; Mahra, in homage to Arabian horses; Tala, as gentle as a young palm tree; Ayla and Sama, as poetic as a starry night in the desert. The Royal Malakiya Villa, meanwhile, offers a haven of absolute opulence.
Talise Spa, the heart of well-being based on five pillars
In the tranquil parks of Jumeirah Al Qasr, amidst century-old palm trees and winding canals, Talise Spa unfolds like a secret garden dedicated to wellness. This sanctuary of integral well-being organizes its treatments around five complementary pillars: mental health, conscious movement, balanced nutrition, deep restoration and advanced therapies, offering a holistic approach to the health of body and mind.
1. Mental Wellness
Energetic and introspective treatments to calm the mind and release inner tensions. Hypnotherapy, EFT for anxiety, aura readings, Access bars or intuitive healing. Each session works in depth to support emotional balance.

Conscious movement is at the heart of Talise Spa: yoga in all its forms (Vinyasa, Yin, Nidra, prenatal, detox…), Qi Gong, Tai Chi and sound meditation accompany body and mind towards anchoring and calming. Specialized teachers offer guidance adapted to all levels.
3. Internal Well-being
Here, nutrition becomes a treatment in its own right. Nutritional coaching, wellness menus in the resort’s restaurants, targeted diets to improve sleep, energy or self-esteem. The approach is holistic, individualized and delicious.
4. Restore
Tailor-made massages, regenerating facials, reflexology, traditional Asian or floral techniques (Bach Flower, Chi Nei Tsang). Our aim? Revitalize body and mind in depth, through authentic rituals performed in 26 indoor and outdoor cabins.
